Two simple twist backs going into a messy ponytail- easy peasy today. :)
*I convinced Santa yesterday to give me my Christmas gift early, so somewhere in the world, a worker is packing up my new Canon SX200 IS- it's my new love, and hopefully I'll have some good photos to share with you soon, and you wont have to suffer through my focusing issues anymore. (Hey, at least you know what time it was when I was fixing hair, right?) :)
That's lovely! Did you do the front twist first, or the back one? How'd you hold the first one while you did the other one? (I know, I should probably be able to figure this stuff out, but I am MUCH better at doing my kids' hair than my own... lol)
ReplyDeleteChristy, The easiest way is by pulling the ponytail together in the back, then doing the front twist (just pull back into the pony and use another band) and then the second twist (another band.) After that's all in, form the messy bun. If that doesn't make sense, let me know and I'll take pictures as I'm taking it out tonight. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm loving your mom dos! I may have to try this one!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your mom dos. I really need to remember to take the time to do my hair as well. You make it look possible.
ReplyDeleteThat made sense, yep! Thanks :D
ReplyDelete(All except for the fact that I haven't figured out a good way to do a messy bun yet, but I've read probably half dozen different tutorials of how to do it... lol)
I really like that you do mom dos. I have a hard time figuring out what to do with my hair.
ReplyDeleteooh! I love this one!
