Hair Net...

So, I don't know the real name of this do, we've always just called them a "hair net" So, here's just one that I did a bit ago on another niece a while back. Super cute and simple. :)

    Cute, I just call it hair smocking no clue what it really is called. Not sure if there is a real term for it.
